PupLuxe Grooming Lounge, based in Gorsehill, Swindon, Wiltshire, understand that your Pup wants to be the talk of the town and you want them looking and feeling fabulous. Here at PupLuxe Grooming Lounge we are sure that you will be thrilled with not just the service and the experience that we offer, but the luxury products, dedicated parking (directly outside the salon door) and central location too. A place where your Pup will be taken care of and pampered by me on a 1-2-1 basis! Fully trained and insured in dog grooming and salon management, which includes dog first aid training.
Regular customer’s on a schedule will become ‘Lounge Members’ with exclusive discount’s offered on products and services throughout the year and loyalty reward cards given. Our 'LuxePup Members' being pampered on their birthday will receive birthday treat’s and a photoshoot and will receive random surprise’s throughout the year.
In my 'previous life’ I worked as an HR Business Partner so people have always been at the heart of my working life and I understand it's all in the detail, a skill which I have transferred into my business. Phoebe, my miniature poodle, is my world and is my model and inspiration for this business.
We are committed to supporting charitable and environmental causes and as such, are part of the Green Groomers Collective where all the hair is recycled for things such as wigs and assisting oil spills. We have a Pet Food Bank collection point in the Salon which I take periodically to the main collection point.
All of the products in the salon are formulated with natural materials and are Vegan friendly.
